As the CEO of one of India’s fastest growing digital marketing and IT company, I meet bright students everyday who have recently completed their courses and are eager to show their skills.
But unfortunately, we hire only 1% of all youngsters we interview. Majority of them have fancy certificates from fancy institutes, but when we ask them to demonstrate their skills on a live project, most don’t even know the basics!
Each of them had spent around lakhs of rupees to acquire these skills and to get the certificate, but most of the subjects taught to them are of no use on actual projects. We found that the majority of institutes had added these irrelevant courses just to increase the course fees.
The idea of BDIT Institute came from a thought to help students and parents from being misled. Here we only teach those skills and courses which are actually required for students in their professional careers with a fraction of cost!
